Life is difficult enough on its own, and everyday problems seem bigger when we have mental health struggles. Helping people uncover the root causes of their issues and bringing them to a resolution is my passion. I provide a safe and warm atmosphere where you feel free to discuss whatever struggles you are having. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, are having problems in relationships, experiencing symptoms from past traumas, or aren’t sure and need help sorting it out, we will create a plan together using your natural strengths to work you through your issues and get you where you want to go.
