I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and existential issues. I love working with adults and couples on finding solutions and mindful ways out of oppressive painful patterns, toward freer, fuller, and more authentic ways of being. My approach to therapy is person-centered, systemic, and humanistic. I am always excited to meet new people, learn about their lives, and help them move toward their goals. I also have an alternate life as a professor and social theorist
