Together, we move towards healthy attachment via creativity, honesty, and acceptance – discovering freedom and choice in dimensions of life where you may have previously believed there was none. Together we will slowly wander towards a deeper sense of self – maintaining curiosity and compassion at the core of our work. Ultimately, my hope for our shared time is that you get to know and accept yourself in a deeper and more connected manner. We will explore nature based interactions, somatic experience, myth & story, mindfulness, transpersonal invitations, playfulness, humor, and other creative and dynamic exchanges. Together we will work towards an integrated experience of your own innate wholeness – moving at a pace which feels best for you.
