My work focuses primarily on complex trauma or childhood trauma. If you grew up with unmet needs, neglect or abuse, you might know what it’s like living in a constant state of fight or flight. Do you struggle to maintain relationships, with emotional dysregulation? I know these symptoms first hand. I’ve been losing my eyesight since I was ten. Without any emotional support, I grew up with profound fear that has often stolen control of my life. I want to help people make the changes that allow for a happier, healthier life. Change is possible through small, daily steps.
