I know how difficult it is to find a therapist, so thank you for taking the time to read this. My professional career spans 25 years of working in the Denver metro area’s community mental health system helping Denverites cope with a range of diagnoses and severities. During that time I have focused on helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. I received my master’s degree in counseling from Adams State University, and my undergraduate in social work from Phillips University. I am currently seeing Kaiser clients through Westside Behavioral Care.
