I approach therapy with a deep respect for the dignity of the person, the reality of suffering, and the genuine potential for healing and transformation. Many reach out when life feels confusing, overwhelming, or they are disconnected from who they want to be. I frequently work with thoughtful, introspective individuals who feel conflicted or stuck, who are searching for more meaning and purpose, but who may struggle with confidence and direction in daily life. For clients who desire it, I integrate faith into therapy in a way that is clinically grounded and respectful of Christian teaching. Faith integration is always optional.
