I am a therapist who specializes in helping college-age people navigate life challenges whether they stem from within or from your environment. I have an open, accepting practice and work with people of all walks of life. I help people who experience anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief and challenging childhoods. I use several approaches based on your needs, such as psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and relational therapy.
