Parenting can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly challenging, and sometimes, extra support can make all the difference. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or watching your child struggle with anxiety, fear, big emotions, tantrums, transitions, or difficult behaviors, you’re not alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of experience and specialized training in Play Therapy, I focus on early childhood mental health and family dynamics. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate these challenges together through a collaborative, relationship-focused approach. I use developmentally sensitive interventions including Child-Centered Play Therapy, EMDR, Sandtray, and Expressive Arts to help children process emotions, build self-regulation skills, and strengthen bonds with their caregivers. Endorsed by the FAIMH as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-E), my work is rooted in enhancing the parent-child relationship.
