Accepting children (8+), teens, adults, and couples. Sometimes our day-to-day struggles are indicative of deeper-seated issues. I assist clients in identifying the underlying beliefs, assumptions, defense mechanisms, and thoughts that contribute to current problems. I encourage clients to explore who they are, what they feel, why they have those feelings, and how they wish to move forward. By bringing the subconscious into consciousness, we can be more honest with ourselves and others. We can also begin to challenge those thoughts and feelings that hold us back or negatively impact our lives.
