For over 30 years, I lived the military life alongside my Navy SEAL husband-through deployments, relocations, and unimaginable loss. I didn't wear the uniform, but I lived every part of that world. It taught me resilience, not from books, but from experience. That life taught me what it means to endure, adapt, and ultimately find peace, even in the aftermath of trauma. That experience led me to become a therapist. Today, I offer trauma-informed, solution focused care for Veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. My approach is practical, respectful, and grounded in real-life understanding. I don't focus on chasing happiness, but on building sustainable peace: in your body, your mind, and your relationships. I use evidence-based methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, DBT, along with options like walk-and-talk sessions, and equine-assisted therapy. My goal is always the same: to help you develop the tools you need to feel in control.
