It is so easy to focus on what is not working and what has to be 'fixed' rather than on what is working and what is right in ourselves. Our society, social media, and some of our environments give us the message that we need to be 'better' that we are not 'good enough' just as we are. I center my work on a strength based model to reinforce self acceptance, self understanding, positive self thoughts, and enhancing confidence levels in yourself. Focusing on your known strengths motivate you to change patterns and build environments that are reinforcing and supportive.
