I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online therapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens (14–18) anywhere in California. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected in their relationships, or unsure how to move forward through life’s challenges. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported as you find greater clarity and confidence. A therapist helped me through a crisis when I was younger and it changed the course of my life — I began to feel whole again. I bring that same sense of compassion and hope to my work with clients.
