I am an LMFT with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist both in mental health clinics, hospitals, and recovery centers; as well as private practice. My clinical work is focused on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and operational stress in first responders, medical, military, law enforcement, or other helping professionals. In addition, I was a pastoral counselor in religious institutions for 20 years before that.
