I am a therapist-in-training providing $25 virtual therapy under the supervision of Jessenia until May 2026. As a strengths-based clinician, I believe in creating a unique approach to each client based on that client’s goals and context. My philosophy is informed by my training in a range of modalities, including gestalt, mindfulness, existential, and behavioral methods. I also have training and experience doing executive coaching with neurodiverse clients. Working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients and issues is especially meaningful to me.
