Growing up and figuring life out can be tough whether it's the stress of school, friendships, family dynamics, or big transitions like starting college or entering adulthood. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teenagers, and young adults as they navigate these challenges, offereing safe, judgment-free space to talk openly and honestly. I am down to earth, collaborative and rooted in geniune connection. Instead of a "one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are tailored to each person. Some of the issues I work with are anxiety, stress, conflict resolution, building confidence and self-esteem.
