My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals, couples, families, and teens through a wide variety of life experiences. My therapeutic approach is integrative—blending both traditional and holistic modalities. I see the counseling process as an opportunity for reflection, healing, and growth. It’s about creating a space where transformation can happen, and where individuals can reconnect with their strengths and values.
