Holding onto hope while on the journey to healing is part of my role as your therapist. My work is grounded in a developmental and relational lens, helping you make sense of where patterns began so you can make new choices moving forward. Therapy with me is collaborative — we build on your strengths, capacities, and natural resilience. I provide individual, family, and parent-child therapy to address a variety of mental health symptoms, behavioral disorders, and relationship problems. I also offer reflective consultation and training for professionals who support young children and families. My approach addresses trauma, relationship ruptures, and finding the strengths that developed as a result of the journey to guide clients in achieving their goals. I specialize in working with young children (birth-age 5) and their caregivers as well as with adults of all ages.
