I offer individual counseling to late adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, performance anxiety, women's issues, chronic pain, and grief. I work to help individuals recognize the root of their issues and develop effective tools for change. My goal is to create a safe and compassionate environment for individuals to engage in authentic self-exploration to move forward with their own personal growth goals. I take an eclectic approach to counseling and incorporate many different modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Polyvagal .
