Relationships are affected by many factors, including life stressors, self-image, past harms, and beliefs about how relationships “should” be. When they’re not going well, we can feel hurt, disconnected, and frustrated, and this can make other areas of our lives hard too. My passion and expertise lie in supporting a diverse array of adult clients in all types of relationships: couples, romantic systems, friends, and family. I also see individuals who want to understand how they show up in relationships. I welcome and honor your unique values, culture, race, gender, and sexuality, and I’m LGBTQ+, ENM, and Kink affirming. I’ll help you get clear on what you want your relationships to look and feel like. You’ll learn tools for connecting physically and emotionally, communicating clearly, engaging in healthy conflict, and repairing after conflict gets messy. I also have experience with couples considering separation/divorce, and recovering from affairs.
