Human beings are often walking the fine line between trying to do the best they can and recognizing they might need or want to do better - choosing to do the work to explore the latter path is an act of strength and bravery. In therapy, we will work together to develop a trusting and caring relationship to help you navigate this path. We will collaborate in identifying and applying your strengths and values to support you in working through your concerns and moving toward living as your most grounded and authentic self. I have experience working with both teens and adults and welcome both to my practice.
