I help couples who are struggling with sex and intimacy – for any number of reasons. Perhaps one of you has some sort of sexual dysfunction (trouble with arousal, orgasm, pain, etc). Maybe your differences in level of desire are creating feelings of rejection, frustration, inadequacy, or guilt. Maybe one of you is struggling to want sex at all. Any maybe it’s hard for the two of you to talk about what’s going on (and what’s NOT going on) in a way that’s constructive and friendly. Or maybe you avoid the topic entirely.
