Seeking help can be scary, but I believe it is a courageous and vulnerable step. My clients often feel stuck for a number of reasons. Whether it’s managing the impacts of complex trauma, battling anxiety and/or depression, struggling with relationships and communication, or searching for purpose under the weight of life’s stressors - I support clients with gaining insight, building skills and finding movement forward. I specialize in working individually with adolescents and young adults, provide family therapy and parent coaching, and often work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.
