Welcome—I'm glad you're here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or navigating a life transition, you don’t have to feel alone. I specialize in working with people who may be faced with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and/or everyday stressors or emotional challenges. My aim is to help you to experience a deeper understanding of yourself and to develop clarity, resilience, connection and presence. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC). My therapeutic approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in empathy and collaboration.
