Change is a difficult yet rewarding process to engage in. I often work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, reunification therapy and academic difficulties. I promote change through solution focused, family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. I hope to create a comfortable and nuturing environment for my clients with a feeling of safety throughout their journey. Through a diverse course of training and clinical work, I can offer a multitude of perspectives to individuals and systems. I enjoy working with older adolescents and young adults, as well as family and couples. I am direct and supportive always focusing on maintaining growth and authenticity throughout our journey together.
