Jesse Lang is a licensed certified social worker and has a background as a physical therapist. This background serves him well as he blends mind-body approaches with talk therapy in his work as a healer. This integrated approach moves beyond managing symptoms in the present to understanding and healing their origins. He has training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). He works with clients in a shared decision-making approach to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and personality disorders.
