I have experience helping people with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, identity struggles, career challenges, grief, and relationship conflicts. I am a disability, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ affirming and sex positive provider. Our work together will be collaborative and I will adjust based on your feedback of what feels good for you and what may not be as helpful. I look forward to meeting you! My practice offers affordable and inclusive sessions with culturally competent providers. Our goal is to make therapy work for you.
