As a compassionate therapist specializing in children and teens, I believe that every young person has the potential to thrive. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to navigate life's challenges. I provide therapy for children and adolescents dealing with a range of issues, including: anxiety and stress, depression and low mood, social skills and peer relationships, academic pressures, family dynamics and transitions, trauma and emotional regulation.
