My name is Jesse, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I know life sometimes gets difficult as everyone has different roles and responsibilities. Therefore, my role as a therapist I would like to help you to foster your understanding of your struggles and empower you to overcome your challenges. I provide therapy through the lens of cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe thoughts and emotions are interrelated. If we can change our thought processes, then our emotions can be different.
