I work with my patients to understand their full selves, authentic emotions and how to live in accordance with what they may need to thrive. I work dynamically on various goals and issues, such as developing healthy relationships, breaking unhealthy work patterns, addressing complicated family dynamics and improving honest and effective communication. With compassionate listening and understanding I help develop ways to manage and treat distressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I work to cultivate a space that is warm and empathetic, where my patients can feel safe, respected and heard.
