I'm interested in the many factors impacting our lives, including individual biology, personal psychology, social environment, and philosophical outlook. I work with teenagers and adults dealing with life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, substance use, trauma, and various artistic concerns. I have a background in the arts as a performer, teacher, lecturer, and author, and use my experience to help bring new levels of understanding and workability to your life.
