I believe that having both allows for growth and success in the different areas of your life: work, school, personal and social relationships, parenting, sports, and networking. For nearly a decade I have been helping individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma or difficult family dynamics succeed in their daily activities and interactions so they can once again find joy in their lives.
