I view counseling as an opportunity to gain insight into what it's like to walk in your shoes, without judgment, and the empathy and understanding needed to foster growth. I use an integrative approach, adapting various therapeutic techniques to meet your needs such as Systemic, Gestaltian, CBT, & DBT therapy. During my extensive experience in community mental health, I have supported individuals of all developmental stages with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, addiction, neurodiversity, and more. I currently work with adults aged 18+, offering individual therapy and relationship counseling services.
