My name is Jessi and I have a background in Kinesiology, Nutrition/Dietetics, and a master's in Mental Health Counseling. I use each of these areas of experience to offer a unique holistic approach to my clients. I work with women (teenagers and adults) who struggle with the many difficulties that life deals. Whether it's relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, or just needing to understand yourself better. I'm here for it all! I have worked with a variety of clients in behavioral in mental health over the past 3 years, and have a passion for helping people through the bad times while also celebrating their wins!
