At times there aren't words to describe a feeling, and yet those emotions make themselves overwhelmingly present. The human experience of coping at times comes with 'faking it 'till you make it' or your brain racing five steps ahead of where your feet are planted. I aim to remind clients that they are worthy of living a life that embraces their truest self, despite what external and societal norms may have to say. I am here to provide space to be curious, and be a guide in your journey towards your most authentic self.
