Hello! I am so glad you are considering therapy. I work best with individuals who may be experiencing or recovering from trauma, are struggling with identity and self worth, have problems with mood, or are working to improve romantic, familial and parent-child relationships. I have extensive experience in problems of codependency, suicide and self-harm, personality disorders, and PTSD. I am passionate about social justice and use frameworks of intersectional feminism, anti-racism and body liberation to help individuals understand how oppression and toxic systems can affect mental health. I am LGBTQ allied.
