Through this creative and collaborative process, my clients discover their own strengths and gain new insights in creating a more meaningful life. I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral techniques from different modalities to give clients the skills they need to navigate the ups and downs of life. I value creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel safe enough to step just outside of their comfort zones for growth. Personal growth comes from the desire to change what is no longer working for us in our lives.
