Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Baity and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been in this field for over eight years and have a true passion for helping others. I grew up in an African-American household where mental health was not talked about or addressed. I was living with a grandmother who had mental health challenges that were not diagnosed was confusing as a child. As well as going through life's hardships that I have overcome has made this career a perfect choice for me. I thrive off the values of love, compassion, inclusion and equality for all. No matter race, gender religious background we are all human at the end of the day and go through human things.
