I focus creating on a warm, non-judgmental, genuine vibe in hopes to create a space where clients can let their guard down, be themselves, and start their healing journey.I take a real-world, client-centered approach to therapy, combining elements of relational attachment theory, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and art therapy to create a truly unique and transformative experience.
