I specialize in EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, IFS therapy, and Brainspotting for adults with complex trauma (C-PTSD), relational trauma, betrayal trauma, attachment wounds, perfectionism, dissociation, and long-term emotional shutdown. Many of my clients are high-achieving, high-functioning people who have been in therapy before but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They often describe carrying old trauma patterns such as over-control, chronic tension, hyper-independence, shame, or emotional numbness while appearing steady and capable to everyone else.
