Life can be a challenging journey for all of us at times. I am very passionate about helping individuals feel like they are seen and heard. My role is to openly listen and help guide my clients through their tough life experiences and work towards their goals. I value creating an open and safe place for my clients. I believe that everyone deserves to have a nonjudgmental space to be able to express who they are. Having an open space and proper support will allow learning, growth, and healing to happen in their own way. I believe that every individual is different from one another which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to each person’s individual needs. I have a special interest in helping children and adolescents with anxiety and depression. I also love to work with children and adolescents who are working through parental separation, school behavior, anger issues, and self-esteem.
