I believe that counseling is a challenging but rewarding process that requires patience, honesty, and effort from all parties. My priority is establishing a safe, supportive, and trusting environment that fosters genuineness and unconditional positive regard for my clientele. Accepting that counseling is a collaborative process, if this relationship is not established, success in therapy is difficult to impossible. Believe that every person is unique, shaped not only by personal experiences but also by family and cultural stories and that they possess the strength and courage to improve their lives as desired.
