I have worked in a variety of settings including community based care, inpatient and residential hospitals, and in the school setting. My ideal client is someone between the ages of 6-50 struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger issues, or relationship issues. I welcome the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a safe space for all. I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities, but most often use a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral approach. It’s important to me to build effective relationships, enhance strengths, and grow resource networks.
