I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest tools we can develop for healing. As a psychotherapist, I strive to create an authentic, person-centered, non-judgmental environment for all individuals seeking help. My clients are the experts in their lives and they engage in therapy to better understand external/internal changes, personality traits, relational patterns, life changes, and past and/or present trauma. Their goals vary, but similarly each individual desires to understand themselves with greater clarity and self-compassion. Together, we look at the whole self which is not limited to just the mind.
