Hey there! Located in downtown Mount Pleasant, MI I offer both in office and virtual sessions. My area of expertise is working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have an eclectic and informal approach, and encourage you to come as you are. My approach is all about embracing the human side, flaws and all. Do you have a pressure to be perfect? Or feel like you constantly fall short? Here in my session's you will learn to embrace the human side of you, learning how to show yourself compassion, set boundaries and gain other skills needed to help you work towards your goal. My treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and motivational interviewing. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach with each person I work with and am a firm believer in whole wellness.
