Hi I’m Jessica. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have been a practicing therapist for the past 4 years. I focus on building a relationship and understanding your goals for seeking treatment as well as desired outcomes. I will create a space where you can feel safe to share your journey and find your strengths to help you along this new journey. ou can expect to be greeted with a friendly, and supportive atmosphere. I believe therapy is about YOU, so during our first session I like to prioritize hearing about your past experiences, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This first session is the start of your healing journey, where I will help support and encourage you.
