I specialize in anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive disorders, adjustment to life transitions, parenting challenges, trauma, grief, body image issues, and self-esteem challenges. I am currently working toward becoming a registered play therapist, emphasizing the importance of play in a child's development. I am also trained in perinatal mood disorders by Postpartum Support International. I love working with young adults, women, children, and teens, and I offer a Christian faith-based approach to clients who want to incorporate that framework into counseling.
