I believe that therapy is one of the most significant forms of self-care we engage in. While we all feel, think, and approach situations differently, there are many commonalities that connect us to one another. My collaborative approach to therapy focuses on goals personally curated for each individual client while meeting them where they are in the present moment. I help clients reach their personal goals by providing a safe space to process emotions, explore and challenge thoughts, and grow into the best versions of themselves.
