I am honored to help clients of all ages heal from trauma, and develop habits of self-care. I also have experience helping people work through grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I see therapy as a sacred space to express and process feelings, and develop new, adaptive skills. I love watching clients build the lives they want from the inside out.
