Many of the clients I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. They may need help with learning to communicate effectively, manage their emotions better and learn healthy ways to cope with stress. We also set goals related to better time management, improving self-respect and setting healthy boundaries. Some clients have a history of trauma or other adverse childhood experiences which are impacting their present day functioning. For these individuals, having a safe place to be vulnerable, and heal from these past experiences is essential. I love being a therapist & helping people live their best life!
