Hey there, My name is Jessica Drury, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I would be honored to support you on your journey towards health, healing, and freedom. My approach is down-to-earth, free from judgment, and focused on uncovering and enhancing your strengths. I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence and self-esteem. Often, we carry deeply ingrained beliefs about ourselves that are inaccurate and unhelpful. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help deconstruct these unhealthy beliefs and restructure them into positive, empowering thoughts. In our first session, I will ask several questions to get to know you better, ensuring that my treatment approach aligns with your needs. We will also discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
